This is really easy to reproduce with Circle of Cobalt Scar (druid), which has a ToV and old world version of the same name. Pretty minor bug, thought it was funny.

this is an issue with eq, that reuses old spell names, whichever spell that exists first in your spellbook will be the first spell found
