Problem - Mind Extraction Failing to Cast

I have encountered a problem where my 105 necromancer will not cast Mind Extraction when the gem lights. Where is the appropriate section to place the spell and what is the proper protocol. Thank you very much for your help.

KA's mana tap cast code runs a check to see if the target is a caster. kaen mentions here how to edit that out of your version of KA.

Another poster was able to use frimp's suggestion of making it a "debuffall" so KA forces the cast without checking for caster mobs.
