Here are some notes on the issue:

If I put the tank on 8.1.2 (The only other version I have) then the enchanter mezzes appropriately. I have watched the tank and he is pulling, but switching targets in 8.2.6 which he does not do in 8.1.2. With the tank on 8.1.2 and the chanter on 8.2.6 The chanter will still attempt to chain mezz any named that is pulled if there are multiple mobs. Alleviated this by adding all named mobs to mezz immune.

I will be happy to provide any additional information requested if you need something most of the developers have my skype handle, just let me know what you need to validate/ correct this issue.

I talked to you last night on Skype about this no_one.. let me know the results please... gave you last version of production 8.2.5 to test and let me know if issue exists there... so i can do a quick windiff and see what changes may have caused your issue.. because i can not replicate it.

Only changes to mezzing were for bard in 8.2.6

I have tested for several hours using 8.2.5 and 8.2.6. I have found the following:

The issue is the same in both versions. while testing over a longer period of time I noticed the wizard also is having the same performance issue as the enchanter. ignoring the main tanks target, and targeting the add, then waiting for assist % to be reached on add. This still seems to revolve around the tank switching targets when the pull has more than 1 mob. I ran a windiff on 8.1.2, and 8.2.5 but nothing stood out to my untrained eyes.

I have received a copy of 8.2.3 from another member so I can test with that later tonight.

as reported originally I am able to maintain no issues running the tank on 8.1.2 since he does not switch targets when pulling multiples. Therefore the chanter mezzes the correct target. Not sure if you want to call this an issue with the tank or an issue with caster marking main assist target to early?

Are you using the official Kiss.

Rich (BB code):
CharmMinLevel=Min Charm Spell Level

This is a very hacked version.

The kiss I am using is the one that came from the kiss release forum. I will pull down a new one and make all fresh ini files tonight.

- - - Updated - - -

ok fresh Kiss, and ini files. The same thing happens.. but more notes on the issue. When I pull 3+ mobs the enchanter works correctly. This only appears to be when the tank pulls 2, but after watching for some time I see why he is switching targets. Higher level mob, or mezz immune etc.. so when I pull 4 the warrior grabs the mezz immune mob, and the chanter mezzes the other 3, but when I grab 2 the chanter does not mezz the second mob.

Is the 2nd mob in the mezz immune list as well for that zone ???
Could always clear the mezzimmune list for that zone and let it be rebuilt manually in the kissassist_info.ini file...

You have no AEMez defined... or how many mobs constitute aemezzing versus single target mez... I've always found that aemez works great...
MezzAeSpell=MyAeMezzSpell|3 ... locks down the mobs fast under quick timer aemez spell.. then single "long duration" mezz spell is kicked in to lock each mob down for extended single mez timer.

I know that last statement doesn't help in your 2 mob in camp scenario.. but just a suggestion for future game play.

Grab 8.2.8 version and re-test please .... update me if its still happening... AFTER you ensure mob is not on immune list.

New Kiss version same issue. Talked to Maskoi about it earlier, and he said it is a targeting issue not a mezzing issue. However he also thinks my chanter is naturally blonde.
The issue boils down to the chanter not properly assisting the MA (who is also the puller and tank for the group). I can setup debugall and log it for you on warrior and chanter if you want me to do that tonight.

Yeah.. a full debug log file would not hurt.....
never post that though... as it contains character info... you can send it to my email... PM u shortly on that.

Targeting issues creep up from time to time.... its a b**ch to track them down without a full debug of at least 2 cycles.

Got your log....

Only thing concerning me is the code that does:
Rich (BB code):
        | Test -> is target MA's current Target
        /if (${Spawn[${AddsMArray[${i},1]}].ID}==${MyTargetID} && ${Spawn[=${MainAssist}].ID}) {
            /if (${DebugMez}) /echo ${Spawn[${AddsMArray[${i},1]}].Name} had the same ID(${Spawn[${AddsMArray[${i},1]}].ID}) as MyTargetID(${MyTargetID}) & ${MainAssist}(${Spawn[=${MainAssist}].ID}) so im going to :SkipMez
            /goto :SkipMez
        }

Your skipping the mob mez on that target only if it is your current targetted mob ID AND the main assist's current target.id.

So... in your example from log:
Rich (BB code):
[2015/07/21 13:58:01] [MQ2] an_enraged_reef_crawler01 had the same ID(17911) as MyTargetID(17911) & MainAssistNmae(18016) so im going to :SkipMez

This doesn't make sense to me... you should only skip if your targeted mob's id is the same as the MA's targetted mob id... not compoaring your target mob id to the MA's ID itself.... can't test code patch atm.. gimme until tonight.. but that should be testing :

/if (${Spawn[${AddsMArray[${i},1]}].ID}==${MyTargetID} && ${Spawn[=${MainAssist}].Target.ID})

or whatever the correct syntax is to pull back the MA's target mob id.. for comparision in the logic...
if i am right.. that is why the mez is skipping/failing.. not making the correct association for the mobsarrayvalue (1 through 13 in xtarget array build) versus the correct mob target id's.

Gotta test... but you get the idea....

- - - Updated - - -

Mobs being added to mezzimmune array properly.. that not an issue... i'm really concentrating on that issue i mentioned above... gimme a bit of time to test sh*t... i'm on the job mat.

I made the following adjustment for my situation since I always have the tank set to group main assist. I was unable to find a target member of the spawn TLO on the wiki.

| Test -> is target MA's current Target
/if (${Spawn[${AddsMArray[${i},1]}].ID}==${MyTargetID} && ${Spawn[${AddsMArray[${i},1]}].ID}==${Me.GroupAssistTarget.ID}) {
/if (${DebugMez}) /echo ${Spawn[${AddsMArray[${i},1]}].Name} had the same ID(${Spawn[${AddsMArray[${i},1]}].ID}) as MyTargetID(${MyTargetID}) & ${MainAssist}(${Me.GroupAssistTarget.ID}) so im going to :SkipMez
/goto :SkipMez

I will run the group with chanter on debug mode again tonight see what I find out.

- - - Updated - - -

making the above adjustment corrected the mezzing on the chanter. This does lead to something else related. When the chanter mezzes mob 2 she does not reacquire MA's target and assist between mezzes, instead she remains targeted on mob2 and remezzes long before mez timer should be up. I unfortunately did not have mlog on for the first double pull, but I will have more through the night. remezzing roughly every 32 seconds based on timestamps, while mez spell lasts for over a minute. perhaps that is as intended for when mezzing multiple adds.

I have found a fundamental flaw in my mob mez array assignment. I am not sure if this is causing the problem but it has to be fixed first. I hope to have it worked out by the weekend.

Well I'm gonna stop banging my freaking head against the wall now.... since the master found a fundamental flaw in his code..... (grumble grumble).. status changed to known bug....
