Request - Melee.ini settings for bard slow?

I play my bard primarily when I box. I pull with him and the group is set up back at camp to auto engage....
I'd like to have a holyshit set up to cast requiem once or twice a fight (or every time its refreshed).

I've checked the compiled INI lists and can't find one... I'll try and figure it out but does anyone out there already have this setup?
