Question - Mage INi question - Sickle of umbral Modulation

I think i have changed something improperly in my INI. I had the prior alternate mod stick set to cast 1 and it did not recast as long as i had the rod in inventory. I changed the name over to the new spell and now it chain cast the sickle even when i have one in inventory. and at 8k a cast its keeping me at 0 mana. I am going to have to remove these two lines as I never have mana - i will put in the lines i have. can anyone look and tell me what i am doing wrong. I would like Ini to cast sickle any time it is gone but not try to recast it while i have it, it has 3 charges on it when cast. thank you

Remove the ME part

It should be:

Not sure if it will work, but I never used ME for that line.

I posted a response in your thread - if the spell and the item are named the exact same thing, you'll likely have to change how you're using the item
