Also... /mac /kissassit that you're using is misspelled... As EQbackagain said:

/mac kissassist

You only need to add the role if you're changing it from what is in you INI file. For example:

Your INI file says :

Role=Assist

But you want to be the puller you would then type

/mac kissassist puller

Most of the times I've seen this message it was because of a typo in a character's .ini file somewhere / somehow.

If the /macro command is missing do a /alias /macro delete and if that doesn't help then check if mq2ic is loaded with /plugin list. If it's not in that list, load it.
