Lvl 100 ENC ini w/conditions for KA11 - Primarily Heroic/HoT/VoA geared. Autogranted AA's

Uses AA's, Clickies, and summoned items to keep mana up. This chanter pretty much never runs out of mana, even without using her mount, and while meleeing before the cleric will. The things I group, it's almost useless to slow/debuff, but I do it with this character anyway. Her effective dps increase isn't worth switching around the spell lineout, and a few less dps on the group even for a round or two is still worthwhile, and she's got her load-out ready for a named, or harder content...

It's set up for lvl 100 spells but loads lvl 95 spells out of the box

Thanks for that. my chanter is 101 right now, maybe I missed my scribe.mac run at 100 and thought it was up to date. I'll refresh it and update.

fixed errors

Updated the myspells list with current lvl 100 spells, and fixed a bad buff, and repaired aa's modified by october 2019 changes to aa lines.

Fixed more issues

Redid the buff spell lines, removing old/outdated buffs, and an AA that got moved to burn. Fixed the spell loadout at the end to use the current spell lineup.

May be more tweaks, as I'm leveling a second chanter through 100, and that's where I started finding the issues with this one.
