You are going to have to be more specific then that, there are a few macros like:

Most likely yes, I think /gu requires a delay of 1s or possibly .5s though, gonna have to test this late one night.

You wouldnt want to make people angry by spamming chat with the same thing every second..
At least 4 second delay please.
