Request - looking for fast way to gear up heroic toons on a dead server (fresh start)

anyone have a gear path for quickly gearing up toons (heroic) on a dead server to be able to do eok stuff?
was on tlp servers for about 2 yrs so i have fallen behind on the current expacs and ways to gear toons quickly.

Grind out a high level first then go back and get this stuff:

In addition to the excellent Almarsguides drops you can add some tradeskill armor.

That is if you can find someone doing tradeskills

The fastest way would be COTF visible armor(prestige) and TDS jewelry(mostly non-prestige).

The TS drops are plentiful in ROF/COTF/TDS.

EDIT: For example Ring of Lost Seas needs just a Water Flask/Steel Ingot(relatively common random drop)/3x Relic Fragments(easily foraged/and just dropped from random mobs in TDS).

Jewelry is also easily raised to 300 if you can't find anyone.

yeah i have master ts so thats not a problem i guess that might be the way i need to go to shorten my end goal

It's centered around boxers with TBM, it should work on a dead server since the guide is designed on the concept of doing everything yourself (boxing).

Heroic characters can flag for and do tbm missions at level 85

If the dead server is Zek, you can transfer toons from other servers for free.

I make a f2p toon on bristlebane or cazic, level them up, go shopping and then xfer.
