looking for a Shaman autoheal macro

Ive seen several on the boards, but cant seem to make them work. Ill be the first to admit im about as slow as one could be when it comes to macros and geting them to work. So, im looking for a simple Shaman macro that just auto heals and maybe slows, but lowing isnt important to me. Any help would be very much appreciated.

p.s. I am willing to donate for any help I can get, thanks again.

for cleric healing I used this. heals 1 type heal at 75% and other at 25%. this is quite simple i think. make sure get spells under correct gems and ofcourse change spell names.

about slowing. well, I use tank merc. and group puller status. so when mob gets to camp, merc attacks it.

I got my shaman on /assist merc and slows mob every 20 seconds, have this on loop. never had agro problem.

combining these two i never need tho, as I heal and slow with diff chars
