Question - Looking for a guild on FV

I’ve been on test since my return last December, but I’m hoping to find a guild on FV, which seems like a very interesting rule set. Only a level 16 paladin and I’m starting completely from scratch.

Are there any guilds that are primarily RG members? Are there any unwritten rules to playing on FV? Hoping to run into some good people and actually get into a group, though I realize that I have some major catching up to do.
