Request - looking for a BL KA with conditions

hi there i was wondering if anyone had an updated version of kiss for a 105 BL with conditions?

I am using this one on my BL but doesn't have the conditions. I get good dps out of it. I stole it from one of the ones posted and modified it slightly to my toon. I don't remember if this one has the AE in it or not don't remember what the bst one is called
