Long mem spell (like Crystalwing Ward) in Buffs

Is there a way in KA to designate specific buffs as having a long memorization time so that KA doesn't immediately switch off of them before/when they are memorized without casting?

I think the closest thing is going to be the MiscGemLW setting. It uses that spell slow for spells that have long refreshes. So maybe use 2 different gem slots...1 for stuff that doesn't have a long refresh and then the MiscGemLW gem for ones that do...or try to use a gem for swapping spells to some gem you don't cast frequently?

Completely missed that setting. So used to seeing MiscGem that I didn't even think there was another lol
