Im trying to /warp to these hostages and get the 145 hp ring. This is the one in LS. If someone has a macro of this it would be great too. but i will settle for /locs and write my own.

its back, they took it down, fixed the chest bug and put it back.
I used a hotkey macro that consisted of:
/target hostage
/warp target
/hail
/warp succor
the targeted hostage will despawn a second or two after you hail them, so wait till it poofs from your target window before repeating, to avoid targeting the same one.
watch for aggro messages, cuz warpin to them and succoring can sometime cause a massive train
