Leveling Defense Skill

Can anyone tell me how to level this quickly on a chanter? Am lvl 90 with about 1k AA.

Dual a toon with a light blue pet, Stand there and let it beat on for 3 hours. Make sure you are grouped with a cleric merc

If you group with the toon you are dueling the healer merc will heal you and the pet. Turn off mq2melee and beat on the pet with no weapons, good way to max hand to hand.

Find a corner to back into and let the pet go to town on you. I like using Katta, personally.

I personally like thurgadin area. Particularly if you have multiple pet classes.

PS: A Mage with max pet flurry AA is the best option (more hits = more skill ups). At level 75 they're green or light blue all the way up to level 90 I think.
