Problem - Let's pretend - Beta (1 Viewer)

Let's pretend that I've downloaded beta on two computers, and in both cases when I run the patcher and hit "play".... nothing happens. It just refuses to load, because why not?
Anyone else seen this? Any beta experts aware of something simple that I'm missing? Is it just because the universe hates me?

yeah beta is probably down. its been down a lot

open task manager and check to see that there is no eqgame.exe running. if there is kill it. then try again

Well, I have like 30 copies of eq open running toons on live, so...hard to tell lol

It should be the ones without (32bit) as beta is currently using a 64bit client
