that program helped me with what i was doing (trying to max pick lock without getting carpal tunnel)

could throw the picks on your cursor and go to PoT and stand next to the globe and make a macro that turbo spams the "U" key.

you can also use the command /click
ie. /click left center

and from the mq2 wiki...
/click left Performs a left mouse click at the current mouse position
/click left 100 100 Performs a left mouse click at location 100 100
/click left +30 -30 Left-clicks the mouse 30 pixels right and 30 pixels up from the current location
/click right target Right-clicks your target
