i think i have figured out my problem with the puller not pulling. it involves my puller going to far away from his "rest spot". when in /returntocamp from puller he wanders away from the spot assigned to him. once he gets to far away it just cycles targets. if you move him back closer to his spot he resumes pulls like normal continuing until he wanders to far again

ive observed this for a while I have to change it to union puller not lazy, if he has to walk more than 12 feet he thinks he is on break. when I mean break its a union break too, all day long.
