Laggy when running MQ2 (1 Viewer)

I have been rackong my brain but still can not figure out why we are getting paused lag on wife's comp, but only when running MQ2. The lag is "paused" meaning game runs at normal speed then is like going thru thick mud. Any ideas to help would be much appreciated.

What plugins are running?

We run piggyback, pax, and faerune, nothing too fancy, also only happens on her comp. run same plugins on other 2 comps with no problems

Are you using a HUD?

Unload MQ2FPS.

We unloaded fps still there, have done msconfig all settings turned down no change (

Well it looks like it may be fixed. We deleted all fps and hud files from MQ2 folder and off comp totally, working ok will watch and see, TYTYTY so much for the input gave us new ideas
