Question - kissassist and Combat Abilities

I'm sorry if this has been covered. I can't find any reliable info. I am trying to get my combat abilities to fire off (Elbow Strike, Sneak Attack, etc) along with my normal attacks (Backstab, etc) but I can't seem to figure out how. Can anyone help me out here please? I'm at a total loss.

If it matters, my rogue is only level 23.

Anything else would go under dps in kiss ini

See that is the problem, it say to add strike=1 doe sneak attack, but that doesn't do anything =(
