Problem - kiss installer

ever since the installer I haven't been able to get nav to point to directories. that compounds to mq2berzerker not working (goes to manual mode) and for whatever reason no matter how many times I try to save an ini it never saves. any help?

Did u confirm the install directory is pointing where u expect

I have used default. used my own over 5 different places and even ventured to use desktop. to this point I have uninstalled eq and vv and reinstalled my os. so im on a virgin win10 install, vv install and in my own folders. ok since patch n installer ive used default, still no meshes are available
