Hey All I have not Played since X-mas - was there a patch or change? Non of my characters are working. I use /mac kissassist like normal it says it loads but nothing happens when I start to fight. Since its on all 4 toons and I have not changed my ini i assume there some option that has been reset?

i did update red guides when i logged in, i always update that. is that the same thing? and how do i get a debug log? I did notice when my mage died it would not let me stand to summonit kept sittign me down, so the Assist is running but its not actually assisting and doing anything? it runs the spam and says Tank is main assist and I can type /end and it says macro ended. but it is like it doe snot know what to to do or turn on?

Any chance your install folder changed? When all the toons run KA but act like they have empty ini files, that can be the cause.

Double check it's really loading your ini files via the folder you're expecting. If you're not sure on the folder, you can open up one of the toons and put an incorrect buff name in Buffs. You can use whatever you want, here's an example.

Then restart KA and issue a "/kisscheck" command. Does it catch the new error/typo in Buffs when it does the diagnostic check?

Install folder looks good, It does start the macro, runs threw the script no error, but then just sits and doe snot do anything, I play my tank so I have macros on Cleric, shammy and mage. set tank like normal, but they are all on strike it seems

There is a New istaller (Redguides Resource Manager), Run that to check for updates now.
Anyways with MQ unloaded, Run the installer, Click the <login Button> (replaces the Wyupdate.exe), it will open your browser to a new tab and check your credentials) (the browser tab does not need to remain open), click the <Settings> button, Set the MacroQuest2 directory to the existing MQ release directory (C:\MQ\Release or whatever path you have), Click the <Install> button, it whould install to that new directory, The <Very Vanilla> Button can sect to auto-start the EQBC server and <Launch MQ>
*Should* take care of plugins and everything not working from your macros

Is the Installer the same thing as Redguides Launcher? I go into settings on launcher, it says i have the most updated. This is the macroquest2 Directory C:\ProgramData\RedGuides\DesktopUtility\MQ2\Live\Release and log level is normal

Simple question Maybe im just making a basic mistake are we supose to launch from the new LaunchMQ2 button in Red guides launcher? I am used to clicking on the Redguides very Vanilla file button on desktop??

Yeah try starting MQ2 from the Launcher.

Last crash error in your posted ini said it was looking for macros in this folder: C:\Users\Randy\Desktop\mq2\Release\Macros
You mentioned Launcher is using this one: C:\ProgramData\RedGuides\DesktopUtility\MQ2\Live\Release

Ok so /kisscheck - says nothing defined in ever portion? I still have my full profiles? the Map plug in is working as I can see mobs, but apparently its not seeing my ini files, are they suppose to be some place else with the new launcher? Mine are under folder Macro and called Kissassist_Character name

Well double check the folder in the Launcher Settings tab, is the one you're expecting for where your ini's are stored. Sorry I deleted my other post there thinking I was giving you bad info on the Launcher's folder vs your MQ2 install folder.

Basicly the Launcher's MQ2 directory need to match where your ini's are. I'd copy my ini files over to that one, as opposed to changing the settings of the launcher, though you could try adjusting the settings instead.

It is working thank you all so much. Now i just need to find better macros, or learn how to fine toon but the basics are working thank you thank thank you all
