Keyed zones = Flagged now?

Not sure if it's just certain zones or not but I got booted from VT and VP after getting the "You do not meet the requirements for this zone" message.

They may have possibly made keys flaggable or maybe they just check your keyring now while you are in zone. Anyone else experience this?
