Question - Keeping spell gems from changing

There used to be a drop down bar option in RGMercs that would allow you to select whether you wanted your toon to auto mem spells or keep your spell bar the same if you manually change it and I don’t see it anymore . Was this feature moved or taken out?

That was a feature for one gem, it was never near the scope you seem to be claiming.

It has been removed and will not be returning.

You can edit your config to use the gems you want, use less gems, or keep a certain gem blank.

I am in the middle of an update that will eventually add the ability to rearrange gems or lock gems out from mercs use. No specific ETA.

Ultimately you are in control of every gem we use and every action we take by the config file you load.

Here's a follow-up question, what is it that you're trying to do that the default config isn't doing for you?
