Question - keeping DI on tank

is there a good way to force keep a buff on the main tank? would like to keep DI up at all times if ti fires recast it without waiting for the buff timer. i know auto mac does this but I've not figure out the right syntax within KA

will the DPS section check to see if the buff is on the MA or will it just cast it like it would a nuke? at work so i can't test

Does it get expensive with the emeralds?

I run DI on MA and CLR via Buffs. I have to buy Emeralds by the stack but it's not much plat compared to the diamonds you loot. If the DI isn't going off much the buff lasts 22 mins (max gear/aa extension), you'll only cast it about 3 times/hour per toon for 6 emeralds for 81pp/hour.

Divine Imposition (lvl 107) = 90% Chance for 75K heal if you drop below 15%.

If you run out, the Veteran AA "Summon Resupply Agent" sells 100 emeralds per summon every 20 hours. They stack to 1000 so I just keep one slot full.

Also I believe there is an AA clerics get that has a chance to not cost Emeralds on cast (I could be wrong I didn't read them all when purchasing). So it could be even cheaper, at any rate unless you are just constantly firing DI in the content you are trying to keep this should not be expensive at all.
