Question - KA and a buff plugin (1 Viewer)

im told that theres a plugin that will tell a toon to buff the sender ( /tell chanter xxx mana and the chanter does a kei on that person )
and if there is can that toon also opperate in the group /raid under KA as normal or is it a buff tool only then /endmac and /start kissassist

any assistance is thankful
