is there a way to reset attunable items?

Is it possible to reset attunable items so that I may trade them to another toon or sell them? Thanks for any info.

If there is a way (which I do not know anymore), unfortunately you will not find the answer here. There used to be npc's that would reset the item for you if you handed it to them. Sony found out and nerfed them all. There were others found, and announced here which quickly led to another nerf.

There are still rumors of at least 1 out there that does it, but I have yet to find it.

destroy it and then petition that you destroyed it on accident, gm will return it unattuned. Has worked for me every time I did it.

Also a good way to sell your OOW player made augs once you're done with them, delete the piece of gear and the GM gives back the gear and the aug seperately.
