Seems to be bugged atm, no pack dropping. Emergency patch incoming sometime between 4 am and 4 pm PDT Sept 6.
Bad enough SOE can't make accurate downtime estimate and miss it a lot, now they have to make a very vague planned downtime. Makes planning a long raid hard.
