While soloing in The Deep with my bard, I was able to take advantage of the pathing. If you run back and forth on wall (one straight in when you zone) you will find that the Shrooms have to go way out (toward zone) and back to get to wall. I've found at times I can just sing and step forward and back to make them turn around.
