okay... i guess i'm not in the loop, because i thought it was a funny misspelling of PERFECT... something you might see in japan or whatever. the irony being that word perfect was spelled wrong.

apparently it has some greater meaning, as you can search google or ebay or whatever for a 'prefect badge' and find all sorts of different colors and sizes.

the one i've currently got my heart set on:
