Problem - ImGUIs not showing on Steam Deck running Windows with non-default directory? (1 Viewer)

I just installed Very Vanilla onto a slightly odd setup, and I'm having some difficulties: Many in-game UIs won't show. Failing examples include: CWTN plugins, Lua GUIs (I use ButtonMaster.Lua, Overseer.Lua), mq2rez. Perhaps surprisingly, the main MQ log window shows in game just fine, as does the PluginManager window, and the modified group window.

I'm running EverQuest on my Steam Deck. Worry not, I'm not trying to get it to work under Linux. Instead, I've got a Windows-to-go installation (Windows 11) on an SD card, and I'm running EverQuest and Very Vanilla on that. Also, instead of the default installation path, EverQuest is installed to a USB drive in F:\EverQuest.

Any thoughts why I might be having difficulty getting these UIs to show?

Have you connected the steam deck to a larger display to ensure the imgui elements aren't off screen, or folded up real small?

Indeed, I'm seeing this on an external 1080p monitor set as primary display.

There is an option to reset ImGui settings within the mq console window options. If you don't already have it open, it's ctrl + ~

Predictably, the MQ console window won't show when invoked. It's an ImGUI.

It's been a few months since I've logged in and forgot the MacroQuest console was also ImGui. Do you have a MacroQuest_Overlay.ini file in VeryVanilla\MacroQuest\Release\config?

No joy. Only thing I could get to happen was Overlay debug info is now: On/Off.
