well Im kinda stucked in GoD progression.

I cant find a way to win the second Ikkinz group trial.

You need to kill some Constrained Servitors before engaging the Priests. The problem I cant solve is at least 2 of the Servitors have a 600 pts damage shield that eat my melees and are immun to magic (at least magic that does damage it seems).

How do you handle this? I dont have rangers in my groups so range attacks arnt an option so far.

Do you have a hint and point me in the right direction? I dont want to farm this just wanna win 1 time to continue progression.

Bring a ranger, or dispel the DS. All else fails, keep resser out of the room and keep slamming it. The bosses have a super small leash so you can res,. med up to full etc before engaging.

I used a ranger to solo those 2. I don't think i was able to dispell or mark the DS off. If you kill the 2 DS ones with a ranger first you can swap back your normal for the rest of the trial.

ok guess time to powerlevel a ranger than.

I want to do progression at least to the point I can request ikkinz raids.

Btw "Summoners Circle" is not required fpr progression, right?

Correct. I was able to request ikkinz 1-4 raids without summoner or the named in the pit of the lost or w/e. i did the rest of tublik progression though, not sure which parts are truely required

Good point about the DS. I didn't notice on my guy about the DS so just assumed it was dispelled from MQ2 - sorry about that!

I had a mage so I summoned all my chars tiny daggers to throw at the spell immune guy. It was slow but it worked. One of the DS mobs can be nuked while the other is immune.

still having problems with this trial.

I got a ranger now and can kill the 2 damageshield Servitors with no problem.

When all Servitors are down I attack one of the Malevolent Priests. All guides I found say the Priests wont assist each other and all you have to care about is kill both within 60 secs because the second one will rez the first one if take to long to kill them.

But in my case I attack 1 Priests and the second one will run over and add in battle. That means I have to fight both the same time. I wasnt able to win this till now.

Is there anything I do wrong?

I kill all Servitors and just attack one of the priests. My problem is the second priest just steps in and adds the battle.

can also go ghetto with duel wielding melee and put a non damage primary in there main hand and offhand kill stuff

If you use a Monk and have his FISTS as main weapons. This also can solve your problem I believe

I know this is a bit late, but there's a few things. The other priest won't add at first if you pull the first one you engage in as tight as possible to his corner. You need really good dps as the other priest does add eventually, but you just have to power through it. I eventually would just do this by pulling both and popping a disc on the tank.

For the high DS one, a ranger is an obvious choice, but range dps is how you do it. You could also use high damage special attacks, like backstab or flying kick, and just heal through it. Mana burn will also land, as would super harm touch. I also think some of the dot resists land, like maybe magic or disease? They are belly casters though IIRC. Try choking up on one and see if you can land spells. We'd sometimes have a problem because a DS one would spawn where a ranger couldn't be in bow range and in line of sight, so we definitely killed them without ranged attack but yea, it is terrible. There's also some charmable mobs in there I think so balls out with a chanter works, the npc's can tank a 600 pt DS np np.

At one point it was bugged to where they would instantly regenerate hp to full, so that was glorious, you had to kill it with mana burn. Level cap was 80 or so at the time so an 80 wizard could one shot it, but it felt pretty silly.
