how to run a bot??

is there a macro that will run my shm so it heals me and slows the mobs? and how does it work?

Crystane has some wonderfull bot macros. The shaman one works right out of the box, but will work even better if tweaked a bit for a level 70 as it was built for a level 65. I run it with buff, pet, dot, slow, cripple, malo, and canni. Never seems to run out of mana, but does sometimes get agro a little early. I had to adjust where some of the spells were in gems so that it would stop hotting itself then canni and then sit and try to mem cripple in the middle of a battle.

I run all three of the bot macs listed and only had to change some of the spells in pally one for them to work perfectly.
