Problem - How to put a new or different spell into the spell loadout?

What level is the character?: 48

Title says it all. How can I insert a new spell in my Bard's spell line up? I tried right click but no menu. I looked for a button to "insert" or "new" but no joy.

Got to say, been loving this. Makes using RGMercs so much easier. And my Bard actually mezzes now.

Thanks for any help you can provide for this old man.
