The kiss info guide has tons of cool stuff in it - anytime i'm looking for some info i'll give it a quick control-F search. Quick search for burn on that page gives you some info and a little context.

Pre-kiss11 used the deceptacons attack thing which is why you'll see it in some .inis

* No Longer supported in Kiss 11. Kiss 11 Uses /burn command to activate Burn.
***Note: You can create a hot key "/echo Decepticons Attack" on each character, or "/bc //echo Decepticons Attack" for the EQBC users.
