Do I just copy or paste or do I have to do it a certain way to make it have the copy box?

copy and paste it in between Code (the hashtag) tags.

What I usually do is click the code button 1st, this will give you the "[ CODE ]""[ /CODE ]" brackets, then I simply PASTE my code in between them
