Question - How do I add using lesson pot/dps pot

Without tabbing over to each char and having to click dusty ceremonial elixir of scholarship and my spider's bite potion. How would I add these into my buff section?

Personally, I just use

/bcaa //casting "Lesson of the Devoted"

as a command in game

May not be what you are looking for, but.... I have my O key bound to all 6 of my characters (Grand Guild Hall anchor). So, if i want to hit it with all 6, I type:

/bcaa //O

those are great suggestions but i was looking to just add it to the buffs section of my ini so i was wondering if it would be just as easy as:
[Buffs]
BuffsOn=1
Buffs1=Dusty Ceremonial Elixir of Scholarship|Me
Buffs2=Spider's Bite XVIII|Me
or is there some special code for using potions?

If the buff is different then you need to use Dual tag.

So

Buffs1=Dusty Ceremonial Elixir of Scholarship|Dual|Heightened Learning

You don't need to use the Me tag, KA already knows if self buffs are self buffs.
