Question - How do i add my OWN plugins to the vanilla compile?

I am looking to add a plugin of my own to the list and wonder if and how it is done.

Post it under plugins see if people like it. If people do and it gets used it would be added overtime. If it's something people don't use frequently won't be added but available under plugins to download and put in folder if so person would choose too

I like to just remove the mq2timestamp in my compile and then just load the redguides exclusive plugins
