from a legal stand point, NO blizzard cant sue. Since redguides is not the actual programmer of any known hack or cheat program nor solicates hacks, they not cant be sued or anything regarding this sites information or anything found herein. This is an open forum. It is an open community in which users share experiences. If a hack or cheat is found and posted here, users like me always give a disclaimer saying that you can and will be banned.
Blizzard can ask and try to have that information removed(ie Cease and Desist Order) but in a few weeks they'll just come out with a patch to look for that hack/cheat. Hence the supplemental patches we get every so often.
