MQ2CastTimer is what you need to use for that, MQ2Cast is just an advanced (plugin) form of Spell_Routines.inc
It creates it's own window, if you are dead set on making a HUD let us know but for simple use it you'd be better just using the windows unless you are trying to integrate it into a macro.
