Help with docrack please

I've been trying to run some macros, and many won't work because I don't have /docrack, or something is wrong with the file somehow. From my reading on the board, I take it that /docrack has to be redone after every patch. Where do I get this elusive /docrack stuff, and how do I put it into macroquest? I'm sorry my questions aren't very good, but I'm not sure what I'm doing.
