Problem - healing/blocked buffs?

I downloaded and started using the new updated KA mac. Since then My mq2 window gets spammed with blocked buffs code, and my cleric is significantly slower to heal. I have not changed my ini in months, and my cleric would heal with no issues starting at 90%. Now im lucky if he starts casting by time my tank hits 60%. Something seems off. I know it is NOT my ini, because I was using the older KA mac and it was working fine. I updated it to get my bard to start mezzing again and stop sucking balls! looks like im going back to the old mac until I figure this out.

Update-

Went back to version 8.5 and cleric is healing like a champ, bard sucking again though!

Do you have a custom ui on your cleric?

also you have some errors in your buff section whats the 1 about at then end of these entries?

No custom UI, and yes those errors were intentional. Too lazy to just delete the item names for the clicks, so just added a 1 at the end so it didnt recognize them.
