Question - Grouping Advice

I am running into a problem with my group. I am running out of space, really.
My group currently consists of the following.

92 Necro (Main) controlled by me
Necro's Merc (Healer)
95 Shamman Kissassist controlled
Shamman's Merc (Tank)
84 Bard Kissassist controlled
85 Mage Kissassist controlled

We kick ass! We can kill almost anything level appropriate. Named is Shards, Named in Grounds, slaughter the tasks in courtyard, you name it.

Here is the problem. I recently acquired (ie purchased) a 94 Druid. She is the problem.
Druid can't really tank. Her healing AA's are non existent.

Necro's pet AA's are maxed for level. While soloing, she can handle anything in the courtyard, but can't tank nameds in Grounds. Perhaps with the druid and shaman also healing, the pet could tank better. However, the aggro management gets a little tricky. Necro can pull aggro off the pet pretty well on her own, much less with a whole group pounding away.

I thought about making a mini raid, and throwing the druid in a group by herself, maybe with a j5 merc of some kind, another healer perhaps? Not sure how the xp would be for this though. Pretty crappy, I would imagine.

Any advice ?

I would get your shaman running good and smooth, I use shm for main healer on all but named in Heart of Fear even with an actual tank. Druids are slick because of their fast heals, but no better at healing then a shaman, and IMO worse on M because it is impossible to run a shm OOM healing if you're setup well with Kissassist. I would think the mage pet would be your better tank option though, necro pet's are mostly rogues, designed for chasing, more then tanking if I recall.

Actually, the necro pets are alternating both. Pretty much every other pet is a tank. The highest pet I have right now is a tank pet.
The mage is only 85, so her pet (with enhanced minion 8) is not likely as good as the necro pet 7 levels higher with enhanced minion 12. Maybe after I get her leveled another 5 levels, but not at the moment.

I'll try Shaman as main healer, and bring in the druid as secondary healer. I'll leave the Shaman merc as tank at the moment. When I can get the mage leveled to say 90 or so, then her pet should be adequate.

I've got it set up. Tested in grounds where cube named pops. 95 Shaman merc tanks, 94 druid shares healing with Shaman. 84 bard, 85 mage with Air pet, 92 necro with tank pet. One at a time, tank never gets below 80%, screw up pull and get the dervish and the living heap in same pull, tank gets down around 40% for a bit, but still managed to kill both. So druid not quite as efficient as 92 merc healer, but pretty close. I need to work on her heal aa's also. I really need to see about getting faster internet. DSL is only 2.5m and with the wife watching hulu/netflix and me running 2 comps with 5 accounts, gets a little laggy.
