Release Group Optimizer for CWTN/Sic Plugins [Deleted]

I disagree with some of these "optimizations". for example: mq2bst has "slownamed" which imo is a better option to pair with tank slow belt than turning on singular slowing. so a personal "optimization" is going to differ from person to person - We make a lot of choices for the folks who use our plugins, and if we though xyz should be xyz way without any difference, we would do it automatically.

As mentioned, if this results in support troubles for folks, we will unfortunately add it to the luas that we turn off.

I hear you, and the last thing I want is more work for you guys because we're so lazy we don't even want to switch screens.

I'm going to remove detrimentals for now, and stick strictly to regular buffs.
