This is a bug in the game with the sabotage quest for good alligned characters.
Gil McMartin In the Commonlands.
1) Hail Gil, let the quest box come up but DO NOT hit accept.
2) Hail Gil again - Don't touch the box.
2) Scroll through his text this time, then another Quest box will Pop up!
3) You can do this repeatedly and get a bunch of quests.
