Not sure if many people know this, but there are easier mobs than those in RSS to get some glowing runes from, and also greater runes,,,, check out the Alpha Feran and his sidekicks in Nobles Causway.......... easier to reach and kill than those named mobs in other zones and pop quite frequently...
