Release Gearly_to_Csv 1.0

Szazor submitted a new resource:

Gearly_to_Csv - Parse the Gearly.ini files and flatten them into a CSV

1. This will do nothing if you are not using Gearly, or you dont have any Gearly Files
2. After Downloading - Edit the Gearly_to_Csv.lua to tell it where your Directories are:

3. The FIlelist.txt is created when you run the lua. Its just a list of all ini files in Character.ini files in the directory. COuld have done this a different way..but meh.
4. The Output.csv is your Flat File. Open it in Excel or whatever.
