Fatal error (1 Viewer)

I've only had mq2 for about a week, there is a lot to this, and I'm trying to learn as much as I can. I have done multiple searches, but haven't found anything that would help. One post mentioned crashing because of a tell, I don't have one.
Here is the message from dbg.txt:

I added plug-ins a little before this so I'm not sure if/which is causing this. They are: bzsrch, dps, docrack, faerune, debuffs, rez.
If no reply, I'll try unloading one at a time from char select to see if maybe that will fix it.

Also, while I'm here....I have the radar plug-in with the Dsource download. In-game radar says I need Dsurface. I click on dsurface.exe and it tells me that dsurface.dll is missing. I have dsurface.exe, .dll, and .ini. I don't have a clue why it's not working, or recognizing the .dll. I've downloaded it twice, but the problem persists. Any help would be much appreciated.

I heard this plugin was causing probs dont know if they fixed it yet

Make sure the offsets are good. Czarman usually does it but he is retired from what i hear

Taking out bzsrch stopped the crashing.

Now I just crash with the docrack ultravision.
