EZServer Qvic Puller - [EZServer] Automate repeatedly pulling each of the Qvic bosses on EZServer

I've been back on EZServer ever since THJ was shut down and decided to share this macro I wrote nearly a decade ago to make Qvic less of a PITA. I spruced it up to use modern tools like MQ2Nav and ran it for awhile to check that it works relatively reliably. I might update it to lua one of these days if I feel like it.

Macro will pull each of the 14 static token bosses one by one to the main ramp and tell your box army to kill them. Usually the train will pick up the Sand Monster as well...

just for anyone viewing the code - please don't replicate this style/structure for anything you're developing.

instead of asking the author to revisit, i'm going to approve it because it is old macro code.

@1everdude loops/arrays/anything are your friend, /goto is :'(, you should get in the habit of knowing that you're within eq targetable distance before you target something, however in this case it is xtarget, which you can click/target from anywhere so it isn't a super huge deal
