Problem - Eyepatch of Plunder Recast

In Kissassist
When I use Buff1=command:/useitem Eyepatch of Plunder
It keeps on Repeat casting.
Tried a couple commands and using Duel but I keep failing any suggestions?

what was your duel line used?

just put the item name in the buff line

buff1=eyepatch of plunder|dual|buffname that appears on your buff window

I did try that but keeps recasting.
I did a command as well but might have done something wrong.

Got rid of command: /useitem
Like both of you suggested that's what I was doing wrong. Thank you both for the help!

I'm just playing around in newbie zones. I enjoy the low end game and old zones.
